What type of therapy do you offer?

We specialize in child, teen, and family therapy, including individual sessions, EMDR, group therapy and workshops, and school-based support.

Do I attend therapy with my child?

Parent engagement is strongly encouraged during the therapeutic process. Parent/caretakers will occasionally be asked to join in session for check-ins, psycho-education, and to address any questions you might have. 

What can I do for my child outside of therapy?

Collaboration is an important aspect of your child's wellness journey. Together, we can create goals to work through challenging behavior and improve your child's overall well-being. 

What are the benefits to play?

Play is a great way for children to learn important skills for brain development.The Genius of Play states six benefits of play include: physical, emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and communication. What is EMDR and can it help my child?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed approach that helps children reprocess trauma and difficult experiences to promote emotional healing and resilience.

How do I know if my child needs therapy?

If your child is experiencing anxiety, behavioral changes, trouble regulating emotions, or difficulty at home or school, therapy may help them develop coping strategies and feel more supported.

Can I sign my child up for a group without individual therapy?

Yes, many families choose to enroll their child in a group setting without ongoing therapy.

What are your rates and do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers and can offer superbills for potential reimbursement. Rates vary depending on the service—please visit our Services page for full details.
